Focus more on the needs of current employees & improving processes rather than growing fast & creating more work. Keep company values broad and distinct from the latest bandwagon of ideas and social agendas. Stop asking employees to "identify" as something instead of telling the truth.

Understanding that employees have lives and families outside of work, that we went to do well here, but we also have personal things to attend to at times and balance is important.
