My past jobs constantly talked about how they were making big changes to improve company culture and employees' lives, but it never happened. TA actually does it and not in an self-important way. I honestly feel like they care about us and that drives their decisions. It's very refreshing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very reliable and happy to help when they can. I never feel like an inconvenience when I request help, which has often been a big problem when working with data teams at other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very focused on improving their employees, in many different aspects of our lives. They constantly encourage us to develop our skills/hobbies and provide us with many resources to grow. They also provide lots of gifts and throw parties for our families, which makes us feel appreciated.
