TA expects a lot, but they back it up with great pay, awesome perks, career advancement, training, clear goals, mentorship and much more. This is a great place to work if you take your work and your career seriously.

That the employees matter. We are expected to work hard, but are rewarded for our efforts.

I am treated like an adult, but I am also cared for as an individual. I feel like I am part of a team.

TA put's their money where their mouth is. They stay true to what they say they will, from pay, to culture, to time off, perks, etc.

I am not just a number, I am a person. I am able to give my best as a professional when my personal life is given the time it needs.

A job well done. When I know what is expected of me, I go and do it, and I am recognized when I do a good job. Also, my coworkers are genuinely good people.

I am paid like a professional, so when I am asked to act and perform like one, I don't feel abused. I feel like I know what is expected of me and I feel appreciated where it matters.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sometimes when stress is at a 10, our cooperation and team spirit go by the wayside, specifically across teams. We are all on the same team and need to act like it even at the worst of times.
