TA has been the best place I have worked in my career. Great co workers, leadership and clients (for the most part) :)

Working with my team and fun development projects.

They really seem to care about investing back to us the employees.

I feel I am paid fairly and the benefits overall are great.

Getting lost in the flow of a project and the day flies by.

Even though we are a mix of personalities we all get along and respect each other skills.

They care about us as people and want to know us and our lives. Approachable, easy to talk to.

We are all different but mesh really well. Able to admit fault with no blame, willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feel that I can move forward in my career and it is not dead end. My contributions are known and appreciated.

Leadership team and management in general really seem to care about career growth and employee retention. Not feeling expendable is huge in creating a positive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate being paid market rate and having a pathway in my career. TA makes it clear you can move up in salary if the effort is made.
