TA is wonderful in many ways. There are ways that it is influenced in a morale-depressing way from the parent company, including policies that are not logical or safe during a pandemic or promoting a healthy and productive work/life balance.
Great people to be around, especially my local office. Good pay, decent benefits and flexible working environment.
I was hired right at the start of the pandemic and it was hard to connect and bond with my team, but it's getting better. Our "smaller" culture is what I treasure, and the sense that we are all working hard, together. Annual profit sharing is not transparent and could be done better and more evenly.
Competitive in the industry, with decent PTO.
Generous holiday schedule, especially the winter break week.
Straightforward and friendly conversation with bosses.
Optimism, energy in the face of big workloads.
Real sense of teamwork every day. People extremely supportive.
Competitive pay, great health care options, and incentives for outside learning.
my TEAM is amazing and the #1 reason I work here.
Clear about values and where they'd like the company to go
Amazing humans. Friendly, open, really want to do their best work.
Our local office is incredibly open and friendly. Amazing place to work.
We all know that even when work is heavy, we support each other.
Responsive and they actually seem to care about balancing employee happiness with business goals.
Excitement, curiosity. A desire to find the blend between effective business and enjoying the work.
Creating excellent work for my team and clients and being appreciated for what I do
Our internal teams have great energy and the Utah office is well taken care of in our morale.
Working with my team to deliver good product. Getting good feedback from clients and the rest of the team.
very competitive salary but average on PTO and a few other benefits. Some benefits are good and better than average.
Feedback from teammates, seeing my work out "in the world", feeling like I'm valued for the work that I deliver.
Knowing that I'm growing as a writer and that my team supports me in my daily work and my career goals.
For the most part they are in touch with what TA employees need and how to make this a special place to work.
Really the overall optimism. Here at TA I feel the team and personal bonding through the last difficult year was driven by a sense of getting through this stronger. Culture is HOW YOU FEEL AS A HUMAN BEING at work, NOT the free snacks. I cannot stress that enough.
