I've been a long-time fan of TA. We have gone through ups and downs but have built a good culture here. The people make it great, as do our great leadership team. Low compensation relative to similar sized agencies is the biggest pain point and something that hopefully gets addressed near-term.

Kind, approachable, willing to talk to all employees regardless of title.

Compensation is definitely on the weaker side compared to other companies in the industry.

Compensation is probably the one area that is really lacking, relative to competing salaries at similar agencies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
teams have the flexibility to define their own cultures within the agency. Much of a team's culture depends on those who lead them.
