No egos, everyone really cares about the work and helping our clients (and TA) succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a big family. Everyone cares about each other and values opinions and skill sets.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a job in which I'm trusted to use my talents to do great work and being rewarded and recognized for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ashley and Steve are amazing! Great people skills and they make everyone feel important. The leadership team overall is very kind, approachable and open to listening to new ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was making a lot more in a comparable job. I took a huge pay cut to join TA, but I made that conscious choice because of the culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone does their part and more to get the work done. There is a wild focus on turning out a great work product while having fun doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay cut to come to TA. I think the pay could be a bit more competitive. But, the great culture and perks were worth it for me to come to TA.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every other ad agency I've worked for fosters a culture of malicious competition and back biting. Everyone I've worked with at TA - from creatives, martech, the data team, etc. is not only fiercely talented, but very open to collaboration and teamwork.
