Everyone is trying hard - committed to a good product. Lift each other up and help each other succeed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know they are trying to make this a good place to work but it's hard when we are crippled by the company owners.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to be more responsive to team needs. I've needed team changes for six months waiting for the proper time to request it and the right timing continues to get kicked down the road. Focus is only on Integrity and it leaves many of us quietly drowning.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Feel like I am drowning and have no direction from the agency for what we should be doing, what success looks like. Trust is built slowly and some of the best people that we liked working with moved to integrity and we don't interact with them at all anymore.
