Actually conduct an interview and train your employees before letting them on the floor by themselves and getting mad that they dont know how to do the job.

The people are the worst ive ever met they make my work day a living hell along with others who dont tell them what they want to hear every five seconds.

Being less involved in politics. Not telling everyone in the store a problem they have with one person. Not locking people's medication up in the office when it falls out of their bag.
