Having been with the company for nearly 10 years, a total of 1 dollar raise in that time is basically unacceptable.

Customers are rude, and management is rude back so it doesn't help the situation when we are in our busiest times.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Lots of screaming, lots of making the team members feel small and useless. Don't get me wrong, there are good days and bad. But when it's good it's good. When it's bad it's REALLY bad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the team members pull their own weight, but there are a fair few that slack off because there aren't any major repercussions. They might get yelled at, but then it's done. Meetings are nonexistent.
