Everyone is friendly enough to talk to and if you need something they do get it done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to take the time to actually train the new exmployees. Like step by step without rushing through it. Things can get confusing otherwise and doesn't equal to a fast learning experience.
