I don't get compensation other than ordinary pay - no stocks, no benefits. I'm a night shift worker, I don't get that stuff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
WELL MAYBE IF PEOPLE ACTUALLY SHOW UP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. Seriously, the people at my location don't show up. When I worked day shift, we were - we are - constantly short staffed. I work nights now and people still no-call-no-show. WHY?
