It was very relaxed, the conversation flow made it easy to get to know the candidate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Love the customers as well as the challenge. My particular team for the most part was amazing so it made the job very easy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Women are paid less in my area in addition to women of color were paid the least. Benefit package needs reevaluated, no 401K, work/home life balance not in alignment.
