The Associate experience will never exceed the Guest experience. Questions, comments & suggestions are actively sought out & reacted to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a growing company with so many demands financially. There could be more of a focus on retaining associates based on compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged, always looking for ways to make the company better for not only the guest, but the associate & they are constantly innovating!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE coming into the office. I can & look forward to having conversations with anyone on a daily basis. We do a great job hiring interesting & fun people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We listen to our associates & change the environment & culture based on the needs. It is a SUPER fun office that is always coming up with fun ways to engage associates!
What makes you most happy at work?
My position is one that I feel I can grow in. I have the ability to make decisions on my own, learn continuously & feel like my work is part of the bigger purpose.
