I absolutely love cworking on Topgolf. They were the first company to offer me a position when I had been unemployed for months and everyone has been so welcoming even though I had started virtually and hadn't met anyone in person yet. I couldn't have imagined having a better start anywhere else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How close we all are and how well we work together. I don't have to be fake nice everyday and I can be myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually see everyone as people and get to know them! They're open aout what their plans are for the company and don't leave anyone in the dark.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How fn it is! There always seems to be something going on to be involved and Topgolf puts their own spin on it to make everyone feel welcome!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly I love the PTO part of the benefits. I've never been able to do much or see as much of the world with previous PTO plans that I've had in the past.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I don't feel sense of dread everyday when I have a new project coming up or hate having to talk to people on my team. Everyone is open, happy, and willing to help you with everything you need.
