We all are always there for each other and rally around ourselves when we need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always troubleshooting and creating solutions. We don't let problems stop us and get us down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they allow us to the freedom to do what is best for our roles and support us.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel as though I'm contributing to the greater plan and I'm surrounded by people that are all in the same mindset.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that benefits can be more customized. We should be celebrating personal milestones (baby, house, marriage). I would love a points system where you can cash them in for prizes that are important to you. Similar to what we did for TG Bucks 5ish years ago.
