We care about each other as people, and it truly feels like we're a family. We like seeing each other succeed, and Topgolf Associates love to celebrate when something good happens to a fellow Associate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is approachable, down-to-earth, friendly, understanding, and kind. It's rare to have a whole team of leaders who understand how important a company's culture is. I'm constantly blown away that Topgolf managed to find a team of people who are all so caring and fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're encouraged to embrace big, bold, fun ideas, and what's even greater is we can ask our leadership team to participate in some of our crazy ideas, and they'll do it! We don't take ourselves too seriously, except when it comes to having fun and doing good work.
