I have been with Topgolf for the bulk of my career which gives me a huge sense of pride. Being able to play such a key role throughout so much of our growth has been extremely challenging but rewarding. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I love that I am always empowered to not only share ideas but also bring them to life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leaders have created a safe space that allows people to truly be themselves. They also go above and beyond when it comes to recognizing Associates and the value they bring to the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with creative and intelligent servant leaders who always put the best interest of the company and our fellow Associates first. We also pride on ourselves on the ability to cross-train and share knowledge whenever possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team always finds ways to connect with all levels of the organization on a human level. They are truly down to earth and accessible which I think is amazing for a company that has continued to grow at this speed.
