We all understand each others needs and truly care about the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that there should be a better balance between expected workload and compensation. Currently the scales are tipped in the wrong direction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working toward being more proactive as a brand and pushing all associates to have a broader view of the work done by each associate hourly and up.
