Work life balance - being able to completely control my calendar and my day to day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is inconsistency with pay versus market compensation at the corporate level - never any inflation adjustments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the pleasure of being on a team of excellent performers. This is a rarity I think! We have NO weak links.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and forthcoming with everything and anything important to our business, small or big! I feel included in a way I didn't know possible!
What makes you most happy at work?
In my field I will never have the same day twice - I know what I am in for but there is always something new, exciting, funny, etc that will happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The edgy spirit core value! We are really encouraged to not only be ourselves but to be better every day! And we are never faulted for wanting more or less - we are just asked to be honest and we are met with appreciation and guidance on how to be the best versions of ourselves.
