I've been lucky enough to move up throughout my short time with the brand and I'm thankful for it each day. There's never a dull day and some of those may be hard but you always have someone willing to support you through the hurdles. I'm thankful to have ended up with Topgolf.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that oue leadership teams genuinely want to hear what our associates deal with and actively try to adjust things that could negatively impact them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is how excited they are to work with each other and the new hires we bring on. They're accepting and honest as well as eager to be the best associates they can be
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our cultute is how supportive everyone is of one another. When someone gets promoted or makes a venue or position change everyone is happy, proud, and excited for them and that's so hard to find
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is knowing I'm picking and building a benefits package that works for me and the stage of life that I'm at. Some brands have a single package thats simply not a fit for everyone and Topgold gives options.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our guests and fellow associates make me happy and excited to get to work each day. There's never a time where I don't believe I'm surrounded by family and people who root for my success and vice versa. The energy from our guests and associates is infectious.
