They are, most times, smarter than I am. They care for each other and the success of the associates, their peers and the venue. They're resilient and driven.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're good humans that not only care for our professional growth and development but invest their time in learning more about who we are as people and truly care for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That even after growing as fast as we have, the culture is still what most assocaites in the brand will say is their favorite thing about us. The fairness, diversity and inclusivity have become a driving force in our company and that means a lot to a lot of people.
