I have been with Topgolf for the better part of a decade. My time with the company has helped me grow and become a better leader and a better person. No part of me wants to leave but every part of me wants to help others grow to be able to do what I do in the brand.

Do you genuinely miss them when you are off or not around, the family feel and the connections that you make with the team surpass anything that I've ever had in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone truly believes in our core values. Caring is probably among the highest of those, everyone is always looking out for one another and doing whatever they can to help someone in need.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people we work with keep me going to work every single day, when I'm off work for a vacation I look forward to returning so that I can be around that happy environment of people.
