What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help all out in different ways. Learning something new each day and staying organized with all my task and goals
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of their outgoing unique personalities, they are able to hit certain areas differently. Within our culture we live in today, it helps all of us out as a team player.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO earned is a lot within the time I have worked here. I worked at another company and received only a tenth over the 2 years I worked at my previous job. :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love and enjoy helping to create our culture calendar and using everything to interact with all the associates. I still have yet not met a lot of them but look forward to doing so.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again each one brings a different personality to our team, we are alike in alot of ways like caring about our team and guests, but we each have our own strengthens that helps the whole team out.
