Topgolf is the first compnay I've worked for where I feel part of the team and am actually enjoying work. Not only are there fun challenges to tackle, but the people and culture make working at Topgolf an enjoyable experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to test out new technologies and overcome new challenges.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only are associates paid fairly, there is extra incentive to perfeom to meet bonus goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team not only drives Topgolf forward as a company, but drives their associates to be better people and grow in their respective fields.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help even if its not with their job duties. They show that they really care about the people that they interact with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the first company I've worked for that has a contagious culture that every associate wants to be a part of. I have yet to meet anyone at Topgolf that doesn't live the core values.
