Its been a fun ride with last of new and exciting opportunities coming my way it has not been the easiest at times and the challenges of staffing get harder and harder everyday but I enjoy my work and my team I will continue to grow will the company

Culture is great, we have a bond that is better than any workplace I have worked in the future
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It makes work fun and exciting, helps my home life as well because I enjoy going to work and even the stressful days are fun and it doesnt walk out the door with me like at other jobs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe pay could be more competitive not just for myself but for the entire venue it is a struggle keeping associates when they can go to McDonalds and make more, the culture is what keeps our associates but its not whats getting them in the doors
