I had no idea what Topgolf was 5 years ago. I walked into the venu and was amazed at the popularity and vastness of the building. I wasn't looking for another job, but I knew I wanted to work for this company. Everyone has been amazing, the opportunites are endless. Best 4 1/2 years so far!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so caring and understanding. Topgolf as a whole has given me a place where I belong.
What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow associates are what makes my job so enjoyable. Knowing that I can come to work and be with such great people, who have a common goal is great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We earn PTO like crazy!! Topgolf has so many perks for all of the associates...AMAZING health care, dental, vision benifits as well as the Topgolf Cares program to help our associates, friends, and family with different needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard and plays hard together!! We are "One Team" in every aspect. I have seen felow associates help out in areas that may not necessarly fall under ther job. When you for for Topgolf your working with the best of the best!
