Been an awsome experience. Ive honestly grown and learned so much being with the company. I just some times wish i was seen a little bit more. Other than that its an awesome time and place.

Working with rockstar associates, knowing we are going to have a stellar shift.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they share the culture with everyone. They make sure to include anyone and everyone. Does a great job at having a posiitve attitude towards everything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how we can all be our selfs and not have to hid our goofyness. We embrace each other no matter what. We also lift each other up when we need it most.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been with the brand for quite sometime now and ive done many amazing things for the brand, ive gone above and beyond most of the times. I feel like im the go to guy for certain things. Most associates come to me for help and guidence. I was just like to het payed a little more for these things.
