What makes you most happy at work?
Creating bonds with other people and being able to help people is what I love the most about my job. I am lucky to be in a unique enough position that I can help all associates find the resources they need to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Topgolf makes sure that each person is taken care of. There are so many perks to working here that really make you stop and think, "Wow, they are looking out for us." I also love that they take mental health seriously and have benefits for that as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Topgolf has an all-inclusive culture. Whether you are brand new to the hospitality industry or have had a long term career in it, you know the people are going to be there for you. We celebrate individualism and put an emphasis on minorities which I think is beautiful.
