I have had my last interview in business unless I am going for a promotion. I can be myself and feel comfortable in my own skin. There is nowhere else I want to work; even if I was given a huge raise to go somewhere else; the experience and culture outweighs any amount of money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is approachable 100% of the time. This creates a culture for development and growth!
What makes you most happy at work?
Our culture is so consistent; I know I am going to be cared and looked after every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care about people as human beings and never being afraid to ask for help or bring up a pain point that we may be experiencing. Our company wants to hear our voice and they listen empathically.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a child is a very large life event. The cost unfortunately of having a child gives a new parent a lot of anxiety. With the health benefit package that was provided by Topgolf; it completely eliminated the financial burden!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very diverse culture here at Topgolf. We have all walks of life coming through our front doors as guest. We compliment our cliental with hiring all walks of life. This creates a very dynamic and fun team!
