We build fun friendships and relationships and connect in some kind of way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Food runners get paid under 15$ an hour, being paid at least 15$ and hour would be more worth it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people I work with are really funny and have good character. Im trying to be more social and this is the pedect job to practice that.
