I enjoy 99.9% of my time here at work! It is one of my favorite things to do, and I can now say working here is one of my hobbies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really the environment, and even if it is slow, we still make fun out of anything!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing faces that i am friends with, and being able to talk to them throughout my shifts!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other departments, we don't receive tips and we're only getting paid 2-4 dollars more than other playmakers (minus bay hosts).
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy dancing with my team, and always having a fantastic attitude towards feedback. GS deals with a lot of angry customers, but we NEVER let that bring our moods down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the leadership team is always there for other associates. They are always answering questions thoroughly, and making sure you know what youre doing and where you need to be.
