They're very friendly, inclusive, inspiring, and funny.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always provide feedback for me when I ask for it. They lead me and set me up for success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our weekly marketing meetings because that's when we all get to come together and see any new updates or what everyone's been working on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that there's free therapy so we can have the opportunity to take care of our mental health when possible. I haven't had the chance to put my medical benefits to use yet, but I am very grateful to have those.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the collaboration I get to do with the creative team, and being able to produce great work. I also love the free lunches and happy hours, because they provide opportunities to mingle with other coworkers that may not be on my team.
