My supervisor! She genuinely cares about me as a person and is invested in my success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fun place to work! There are always fun company iniatives that make every day feel different.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and that I never feel bored. I feel that I have learned and grown a lot in the last few years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems like our leaders genuinely care about the business success. Unfortunately, I've never personally met any of our top-level leaders/executives so I can't comment further.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm paid below market value for my position/the duration of time I've been with the company, however I enjoy my job and feel I have a good work/life balance.
