I love the people, culture and experience of being a Playmaker at Topgolf. Love it. The only area I sometimes get frustrated with is my relatively niche role and no obvious "next steps" from a career path perspective

Quality people, diverse leaders and experience levels and everyone who lasts here tends to be a really strong "One Team" player!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Topgolf leadership and executives lead by example, invest in their people and create flexible environments that fit into the evolving needs of their people's life. In a personal level, I've never worked anywhere I felt like my boss and periphery leadership were as invested in me as I do here.
