Topgolf's leadership team excels in many aspects, but to name one, I would say communication is key. The transparency shown by the senior leadership, including the CEO, in regular updates via email, social media, etc. shows the commitment the team has to their employees (Playmakers).

Topgolf has always done their part to keep up with the competitive compensation packages across the market, and I feel this brand's approach to compensation is better than most. In my opinion, this goes further to show the dedication Topgolf has to their work force.

Topgolf has always centered its culture around fun, caring, and a one team mentality. Walk in to any Topgolf Venue, and you will find this to be true. Our Playmakers genuinely care for each other, hold each other accountable, and have more fun at work every day than any other company I've seen.

My co-workers, my manager, the type of work I'm doing, and the pace at which I get to work all contribute to the overall happiness I experience with my work each and every day. I wake up every morning knowing I'm going to make a difference with my contributions, and that makes me very proud.
