What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far, people walk the talk. In other organizations, Leadership teams push culture that they don't believe applies to them. At TG, the LT members follow it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall compensation package is fair for the work and the market. Like the benefits, company provided life insurance. But at the end of the day, it comes down to the people you work with. Good bunch.
