I have been with TG for 10 years. I have seen a lot of growth and changes over the years. Change is difficult but we are a better company than the one I fell in love with all those years ago!
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a leader that respects me and my opinion and one that I can trust to do the right thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a young team. Many of our managers have never been managers before. That can be both exciting and challenging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity for growth! Right now I am a part of some groups that are really working to make some great additions!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the support I get. I feel like my DO and NDO are truly invested in my growth and development, personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am expected to be the problem solver and most knowledgeable person in the building, yet I am the lowest paid department head because I do not generate sales.
