The leadership listens and doesn't shoot down any idea brought forth by anyone.

It is reviewed and if not within standards they will adjust. The vision and dental benefits are outstanding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fun we create everyday we work. The one team aspect we have when getting the job done. They are my second family and I look forward to coming to work on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fast pace and the energy that is always present. The second family I have with all my coworkers. The fact we not only love have people come into our community but we go out and give back through volunteering in our community.
