it is a very friendly and relaxed culture, supportive and caring. It is also enjoyable, I always look forward to working .
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very mature and easy going. no one feels that they are better than the rest. All are very genius and sincere. everyone helps everyone else.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
being able to work from home. MY role is primarily in front of a computer, so it makes perfect sense to eliminate the commute which in turn gives me a great quality of life.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that the company and my leaders trust me and appreciate my knowledge and experience. I am not micromanaged which allows me to use my brain power to be creative and analytical in order to be better in my role.
