Its nice having the flexible hours but thats about it. Pay is not that good. We cant get hours which is reasonable for right now but the pay doesnt help. People who actually work hard arent apprecitaed or noticed only the favorites and people everyone knows

Paying attention to everyones work ethic and not picking favorites

Pay should be more than it is now. Especially for the amount of work we do and the low hours were given

Treating the employees better and making them feel appreciated . And i mean everyone not just a select few aka the favorites
