Everyone has a winning, caring, and giving attitude while still holding each other accountable. All are willing to ask for help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most will seek to understand what the other is going through before trying to help. Most are willing to help #oneteam. The amount of care that is given.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits: I'd like to see lower premiums, and dental are close to double of what I had to pay with a prior employer. 4% raise cap doesn't take into account the playmakers that put in the effort to ensure our brand's success. Others in my field are better compensated.
