They take care of us, during covid lock down if you had health insurance through Topgolf they covered your premiums until we resumed FT employment, and we got an extra 2 week paycheck after all the venues had closed that spring... who else did that? They care and it shows!

What makes you most happy at work?
Training, I love teaching and welcoming new playmakers into the culture of Topgolf, whether it be at my home venue or on the road getting ready to introduce the brand to a whole new team and community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Core Values and how we actually live them, preach them and acknowledge others for living them. Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring. Not just with each other but with the players that come in to visit Topgolf daily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always have each other's backs, no matter what... your home venue will always be home but the life long friendships built while traveling to open new venues is priceless. Meeting fellow playmakers from around the world is my favorite part about working with the opening training team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and 401k are amazing but the perks for working at Topgolf are the best, 50% off food and free game play when you visit as a player; pending local restrictions set by management at that venue. They also offer health insurance for part time, and therapy for mental health.
