The coaching comes from a place of support and leadership is really invested in not only our growth as a brand, but my own personal growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are cohesive and we stick to team decisions. We have a lot of animated conversations but at the end of the day, we trust each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The heath insurance provides choices for all who qualify. In addition our brand places a great deal of importance on mental health and provides us with resources, tools and even counseling, free of charge.
