What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hiring capable managers through proper hiring standards and not through connections.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Proper communication. No favoritism. Taking into account harsh weather conditions sooner and quicker.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworkers are the only thing that make things bearable but that only works up until a point.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Staffing is a national issue and we understand it, but we can't keep doing this when the turnover rate is so high.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having an actual open door policy with managers who are willing to listen and understand instead of mansplaning why the companies needs are above the wellbeing of their "playmakers". You can't provide excellent service if the workers are underpaid and over-worked.
