leading with our core values. I feel like I can be myself and still speak up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cut in commissions were reflected in th 2022 W2s recently released. Our venue did over $2Mil more revenue than last year, we got a new KPI quaretly bonus, I got a merit increase but I made less then I did 2021.
