Our executive team cares about our employees first and foremost and is always providing guidance and excitement for our growth both personally and professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is open, positive and fun to be around. People are always happy to jump in and help and just fun to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not doing the workload of 3-4 people. It seems most other departments can add headcount but mine can't and I keep getting more and more work added without an increase of pay but really it's more help with additional headcount that is needed.
