being trusted with work even though I'm fairly know. they know they hired me for a reason and they trust me to make decisions and get creative. my boss is also amazing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we don't take ourselves too seriosuly. everyone cares about the work and wants to do a good job, but at the end of the day we know we are an entertainment/fun business and we bring that into the corporate side of work
