It's a very easy job. My only complaints are about how slow it is but i feel lazy even commenting on that.

They're very understanding and they dont qct like they know more about our jobs than we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money lmao 12 an hour is literal penuts and it should be illegal for a full time employee to earn less than 15
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The need for a hierarchy at these entry level jobs has always perplexed me. It seems like the only difference between a blue shirt and a red shirt is a couple days worth of training. The only reason they differentiate red and blue shirts is to turn us against each other when we should be unionizing
