Our drive to grow and improve as well as how my team acts in a way that is fair, consistent, and equitable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how everyone really does put their best foot forward, holds the team accountable, and always tries to act bu doing what is right and following our guidelines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salary does not truly match the state economy we live in. Not a single hospitality manager in our venue can afford to live on their own, therefore, I dont believe our income is a livable wage.
